Campus Fitness and Recreation aims to provide a variety of formal and informal sport and fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle, from yoga to kickball to basketball and everything in between.
Our department enhances the quality of life for students, faculty, and staff with opportunities for participation in diverse recreational programs, services and facilities, including intramural sports, fitness and wellness programs, club sports, informal open recreation and special events. The Clarke University Robert and Ruth Kehl Center offers students, staff and Fitness Club members one of the finest recreational and fitness centers in the area. The facility includes a physical activity center, three regulation playing floors, gymnasium, weight room, walking track and racquetball courts.
Clarke students and staff can also participate in the college’s extensive intramural program, which offers those not participating in varsity athletics the opportunity to stay active and keep in shape. The Jack and Rosemary Gantz Athletic Practice Center offers additional practice space.
