Living on campus provides a convenient option that gives you quick access to all of the University’s resources and simplifies the experience of finding and maintaining a house or apartment. Graduate Housing Options
Letter Wing Rooms
Within Mary Josita Hall, structurally separated from traditional undergraduate housing, is the Letter Wing, which is reserved for graduate students, age 21 or older. Letter Wing units are suite-style rooms with 2 single units sharing one bath. The Mary Jo Letter Wing also has a kitchen and floor lounge for Letter Wing students to use.
Mary Ben Hall Guest Apartments

$35 per-night, based on single occupancy
$60 per-night, based on double occupancy
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, television, microwave and small refrigerator, full bath, air conditioned, bed linen, pillows and towels provided. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries. - Mary Ben Apartment 134 & 135

Small living room with couch and desk, two bedrooms with 1 double bed in each, television in 1 bedroom and living room, microwave and small refrigerator, full bath, air conditioned, bed linen, pillows and towels provided. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries.
Nightly/Weekend Rates
Nightly rates are available in Mary Josita Letter Wing Hall ($18* per night) or the Mary Ben Hall Guest Apartments ($35* per night) for students in select graduate programs. The board plan is a semester pass system. The student may choose from a variety of carefully-prepared food items on an unlimited basis. Students may choose from the 19-meal, 14-meal or 10-meal plan at a price of $5,300, of which the 19-meal, 14-meal and 10-meal plans include $100, $175 and $200 of funds per semester, respectively.
