Callie Clark Named Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs

Clarke University is proud to announce that Callie Clark has been named the new Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs.
“I am honored and energized by the opportunity to step into this new leadership role. Aligning enrollment strategies across admissions, athletics, and student success presents an exciting path forward—one that not only strengthens collaboration but also leverages our existing systems and resources to build smarter, more efficient processes and endless opportunities. I look forward to leading this united effort and advancing Clarke’s mission through intentional, strategic growth,” Callie said.
Callie has served in Student Affairs at Clarke for 15 years, influencing nearly every aspect of the student experience. She has played a critical role in Residence Life, Engagement and Intercultural programming, student clubs and organizations, and more. She was also instrumental in launching more robust mentoring programs, the Cupboard + Closet initiative, and other programming focused on the holistic wellbeing of students. Beyond Clarke, Callie has served on Greater Dubuque Development’s Future Leadership team, and in various leadership roles at both the regional and national level for the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) since 2010.
Throughout her tenure, she has worked closely with the Admissions team to demonstrate the power of the Clarke experience in the classroom and beyond. With her extensive background and collaborative mindset, she is uniquely qualified to lead enrollment and retention efforts at Clarke.
“Callie is recognized as a student-centered and inclusive leader within the Clarke community,” said Clarke President Fletcher Lamkin, Ph.D. “Her contributions across campus and her commitment to Clarke’s mission underscore her readiness to successfully take on this role.”
