Admitted Students Weekend Schedule

The day begins at 11:00am on Saturday and ends by 1:30pm on Sunday. If you have never visited campus before, we do have the option to tour, meet with Admissions, and visit with a faculty member, beginning at 9:30 on Saturday prior to the regularly scheduled weekend at 11. 

You will be mailed a detailed itinerary beginning in January once you have RSVP’d for the weekend.

For those who have not yet visited campus, please arrive at 9:15 a.m. to go on tour, meet with faculty, and get settled in before Admitted Student Weekend begins!

For students who wish to attend a local mass on Saturday afternoon, transportation will be provided and students are free to attend without scoring penalties. Please indicate the preference by calling Admissions prior to the event at 800-383-2345.

The Clarke Campus Store will be open from 12:30 - 2 p.m. Students must check out prior to visiting the Campus Store.

While your student begins the activities of Admitted student Weekend, you get the afternoon off! Stop by out table in the lounge before you head out if you have questions, need recommendations, etc!

4 - 5 p.m. Parent Social
Join us downtown for hors d'oeuvres and conversation to meet other prospective students' parents as well as admissions and other Clarke staff. Find a buddy for the evening and let us recommend places to go, see, and where to eat! We'll have a full listing of events and activities going on, as well as restaurants for the Tri-state area. Enjoy the afternoon and night off while your students are busy on campus!

The Clarke Campus Store will be open from 12:30 - 2 p.m. Students must check-out prior to visiting the campus store.

Learn what your student has been up to on campus, how this all ties in with your students' future Clarke Experience, and participate in a few of the activities your student participated in yesterday!

Learn more about what happens next at Clarke, regarding Financial Aid, Compass and Admissions. During the last 30 minutes, Admissions and Financial Aid personnel will be available to answer individual questions.

10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Group Presentations
Family members are able to watch the students perform their presentations for the judges as well as vote for Audience Choice as part of the scoring. Winners of the presentations get a fabulous prize to the bookstore!
