Marianne has over a decade of experience working in academic support at the university level. In addition to assisting students with accommodations and accessible technology, she has taught college study strategy courses and worked with individuals on effective reading, writing, time management, and study strategies.

Prior to her work in higher education, Marianne was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Botswana, an English Language & Literature and ESOL instructor in Japan, Turkey, Colombia, and lived in England and Australia.
