My expectation is to teach with an open heart, an open mind, and a smile every day. My mission is to maintain a humble and reflective disposition as well as applied flexibility enabling me to remain responsive to the needs of my students, teaching partners, and Clarke University.  My hope is that my enthusiasm and dedication inspires students to develop a personal responsibility for continued exploration within and beyond the classroom to fuel a lifetime love of learning.
