Clarke to Host Constitution Day Discussion Sept. 18

The Clarke University History Department will hold a Constitution Day panel discussion titled “Civil Liberties in the Age of NSA Surveillance” on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 4:20 to 5:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center (inside the Robert and Ruth Kehl Center) on the Clarke campus.The public is invited to attend.Featured panelists include Brian Cooper, executive editor of the Telegraph-Herald; Michael Wright, associate university librarian for collections and scholarly communication at the University of Iowa; and Steven J. Drahozal, attorney with the Steven J.
