Food Science Workshop
Friday, October 27, 2017
While nearly every Friday is a great day to visit CU, October 27 offers an unique and in-depth look at the Food Science program. Find out if food science is right for you in this Oktoberfest-themed workshop! See for yourself the science behind the creation, preparation and analysis of food and drinks, meet an expert from the field and perform some chemical experiments on beer from a local brewery – and yes, you get to work with liquid nitrogen! Check out the schedule below and sign up soon; each reservation will be reviewed and accepted by Clarke faculty.
