We are proud to offer a quality education designed to enhance your value as an employee and your opportunity for career advancement.

The landscape of the 21st century workplace includes knowledge-based workers engaged in a fast-paced, ever-changing, globalized environment. This requires thoughtful, flexible, visionary leaders able to meet the demands and expectations of key stakeholders. The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree teaches students how to lead and produce an effective change in an organization through its most valuable resource: its human capital.

The MOL is for students either in or preparing for positions of leadership within their organizations. The MOL focuses on organizational leadership with emphasis on leading self and others in the modern world, effective teams, organizational behavior, executive presence, ethical behavior, and systems leadership. MOL graduates typically find themselves leading complex organizations and initiating change for organizational effectiveness. This program is for individuals from a broad base of educational backgrounds.

In addition, students who pursue the MOL at Clarke University gain a competitive advantage through three one-credit high-impact workshop-style courses offered in partnership with Dardis Communications. These courses focus on skills every leader needs, which include the following: professional presentation and communication skills, leadership presence, and powerful persuasion skills. The courses show you how to ‘step up’ with confidence, think quickly on your feet, and speak with purpose.

An MBA prepares you for management; the MOL prepares you for leadership. This may not be an ‘either-or’ decision; instead, it may be a ‘both-and’ decision as to which degree to pursue, depending on where you are in your career.
