Housing Accommodations

In addition to food and service needs, Clarke University is also able to provide housing accommodations. All accommodations include towel sets and bed linens at an additional charge unless noted otherwise.

Dorm Rooms

(available summer only)

Single Dorm Room:

  • $25 per-night, per-person.

Double Dorm Room:

  • $20 per-night, per person, based on double occupancy.

Dorm rooms are not air-conditioned.

Apartments

(available summer only)

  • $40 per-night, per-person based on six people per apartment.

Each apartment is air conditioned and provides six single bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and seating for six.

Guest Apartments

(available year-round)

  • Mary Ben Apartment 136
    $35 per-night, based on single occupancy
    $60 per-night, based on double occupancy
    1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, television, microwave and small refrigerator, full bath, air conditioned, bed linen, pillows and towels provided. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries.
  • Mary Ben Apartment 134 & 135
    $35 per-night, based on single occupancy
    $60 per-night, based on double occupancy
    Small living room with couch and desk, two bedrooms with 1 double bed in each, television in 1 bedroom and living room, microwave and small refrigerator, full bath, air conditioned, bed linen, pillows and towels provided. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries.
