How do I access my account?
- Visit http://www.clarke.edu/.
- Select "Current Students" or "Faculty & Staff"
- Select the “MyInfo” link located on the left-hand side of the web page.
- Selecting the “MyInfo” link will bring up the main menu page for MyInfo.

I am new to Clarke, how do I receive my User ID and password for My Info?
- Visit http://www.clarke.edu/
- Select "Current Students" or "Faculty & Staff"
- Select the “My Info” link located on the left-hand side of the web page.
- From the main menu of My Info, select the “I’m New to MyInfo” link located in the lower right-hand side of the web page.

- An introduction page is displayed, click on the OK button to continue.

- Enter your Last Name and Social Security Number and then select the Submit button.

- A page will be displayed with your MyInfo User ID located on the left-hand side of the page. To receive your password for MyInfo, select the drop down arrow below your User ID to select your Clarke e-mail address. After selecting your Clarke e-mail address select the Submit button to continue.

- After selecting the Submit button, a temporary password will be sent to your Clarke e-mail address. Check your e-mail account to retrieve your temporary password.
- Once you have your temporary password, select the “Log In” link located on the top right portion of the web page.

- Selecting the Log In link will bring up the following Log In window. Enter your User ID and temporary password and select the Submit button.

- After selecting the Submit button, you will receive an indication that your password has expired prompting you to create a new one. Enter your User ID and old password, then enter your new password twice and click on the Submit button to apply the change. The new password you create must be six to nine characters in length and include both letters and numbers.

- You have successfully created your My Info account. Select the "Students," "Faculty" or "Employees" button on the MyInfo main page to access your account options.
I have forgotten my password for My Info, what do I do?
If you cannot remember what your password for MyInfo is, you have two options. If you created a password hint when you created your password, you can view your password hint to try to refresh your memory. If you did not set up a password hint, your other option is to reset your password. Both options are outlined below.
- Select the “What’s My Password?” link located in the lower right-hand section of the MyInfo main menu page.

- Selecting “What’s my password?” will bring up a screen which gives you three options. The first option provides you the ability to view your password hint if you created one. If you created a password hint, select the “I might remember, show my password hint” link. After selecting the link, a screen will appear prompting you to enter your User ID. Once you have entered your User ID, select the Submit button to bring up your password hint. If you password hint does not help or you did not set one up, proceed to the next step.


- To reset your password, select the “I don’t remember, reset my password” link.

- To reset your password, enter your Last Name and your Social Security Number then select the Submit button.

- After selecting the Submit button, you will be prompted to select your Clarke e-mail address. Select the drop down arrow to select your Clarke e-mail account and then select the Submit button.

- After selecting the Submit button, a Reset Password Confirmation window will appear with the e-mail address the temporary password is being submitted to. Select the OK button to return to the main menu.

How do I change my MyInfo password?
- From the MyInfo main menu page, select the “Account Information” link located in the lower right-hand side of the screen.

- Select the “Change Password” link.

- Enter your User ID and old password, then enter your new password twice and click on the Submit button to apply the change. After selecting the Submit button you will be returned to the Main Menu page of MyInfo.
