Clarke Campus Ministry to Host Human Trafficking Film and Discussion

The Clarke College Campus Ministry Office will host a showing of the film “Lives for Sale,” a documentary about Human Trafficking on Monday, April 2, at 6:30 p.m. in the Atrium Conference Room on the Clarke campus. The film will be followed by a short informational presentation by Catholic Relief Services. Admission to this social justice event is free and the public is invited to attend.

According the a news release about the film, “‘Lives for Sale’ exposes the painful, rarely seen human side of undocumented immigration – including the growing black market trade in human beings.” The film was produced by Maryknoll Productions and Lightfoot Films, Inc. and it aired on PBS in January.
