Confidentiality

The student's participation in individual or group counseling is treated with complete confidentiality. Information regarding the student is not released to anyone without the student's written permission. The only exception to this would be in the case when such disclosure is necessary to protect a student or someone else from imminent danger. Counseling records do not become part of academic or administrative records. The Counseling and Career Center may be accessed by calling the office at (563)588-6302 or by stopping by during regular business hours. Our office is located in the Stoltz Student Life Wing on the ground level of Mary Frances Hall.
