Clarke Students Shine at American Advertising Awards

Clarke University took home 31 of the 38 Addy Awards presented in the student category by American Advertising Federation Dubuque on Feb. 7 at the Dubuque Regional Airport.

Included on that list was Clarke’s Stephanie Buse, who won the Best of Show Addy for Adams Company Gum Rebrand design.

“I think this accurately reflects Clarke's professional preparation, and dedication to the design discipline,” said Eric Wold, Clarke assistant professor of graphic design. “The graphic design students at Clarke have a tremendous work ethic that is evident in the work they consistently produce from year to year. I am happy to see that they are being recognize for their efforts.

In the Professional Division, Clarke University’s marketing department won seven awards.
