Residence Hall Council offers residents of Clarke the opportunity to enhance their community and grow as individuals. All members have an active leadership role by using their ideas and interests to create and maintain a fun and safe place to live. Hall Council sponsors all-hall activities such as sand volleyball tournaments, movie and game nights, sledding, and children's games for trick-or-treating in the dorms.
