
The Clarke University Learning Center exists within a caring, learning community to provide assistance for learners of all abilities. It is part of a comprehensive, free of charge advising system which includes assessment of skills; monitoring of academic progress; and one-on-one assistance in the basic skills of reading and writing. Reasonable accommodations for students with documented disabilities are available to enable students to reach their individualized goals.
Services
Study Skills: The learning center offers one-on-one instruction in time management, test-taking tips, overcoming test anxiety, note-taking strategies, and determining learning preference.
Academic Help: The learning center staff offers short-term or semester-long assistance in basic skills of reading and writing.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Other days and times are available by appointment.
