Homecoming, Great Food Highlight Fall Visit Day
Clarke University announces the date and schedule for their fall visit day. The university’s admissions office has extended invitations for interested high school junior and senior students to come to campus on Saturday, Sept. 29. The 2012 fall visit day is designed to give students and parents some additional information about the university and its programs, degrees and faculty. Fall visit day also coincides with Clarke’s homecoming, which is designed to provide visitors a feel for the environment and culture of Clarke.
Registered groups will check-in at 9:15 a.m. in the university’s Wahlert Atrium (1550 Clarke Drive, Dubuque, Iowa) for breakfast. The program begins with a “Clarke 101” presentation. Visitors will then hear about Clarke’s faculty in the recently unveiled Lingen Technology Commons, take a tour of campus, and end with two panel discussions, one for students and another for parents. After lunch and check-out, fall visit day participants are invited to the Homecoming F, and to watch Clarke men’s and women’s soccer teams compete.
