Conference Accommodations

The main conference room and the parallel sessions will take place in the same building on the Clarke University campus. Click here, to view a downloadable campus map. 

All meals including the Saturday banquet will be provided by the Clarke University Dining Services staff in the Student Dining Room. 

Housing accommodations for presenters will be available in the Clarke University Residence Halls. Attendees wishing to stay in the area for the second day may click here for a listing of hotel information.

On-Campus Housing

The Catherine Dunn Apartment Complex is air conditioned and consists of apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. Each apartment has 6 bedrooms with a single (twin) bed, two full bathrooms, a furnished living room, kitchen table with 6 chairs and a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven.  Clarke University will provide linen & towel packets that have sheets, light blanket, pillow, pillow  case, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.  There are no pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates or glassware.  The apartment building is handicap accessible with an elevator, and there is off-street parking directly across from the apartment building. Reservations must be made no later than Friday, May 13, 2011, by contacting Randy Hendricks directly at, or by calling (563) 588-8151 or toll free at (888) 825-2753.
