  • Biomedical Signal/Image Analysis
  • Immunoinformatics Databases, Knowledge Bases, Ontologies

Statistical and Computational Methods in Medical Informatics

  • Statistical and computational modeling in Biomedical Intelligence, Immune Systems, Clinical Datasets, and Electronic Health Record
  • Drug and vaccine design including biomarker discovery and epitope analysis and prediction
  • Multi-agent based modeling of immune response
