Clarke Presents ‘Musical Menus on Broadway,’ March 20-21

Take a gourmet five-course meal and mix in musical performances by Clarke College’s most talented ensembles, students and faculty, and you get one of the most popular musical traditions at the College – “Musical Menus on Broadway.”

This year’s event will be held on Friday, March 20, and Saturday, March 21, in the RC and Celeste Wahlert Atrium on the Clarke campus. Cost for the dinner and musical review is $40 per person with premier seating available both nights for $50 per person. Seating at the event begins at 6 p.m., with service starting at 6:30 p.m. This year’s meal options include a mustard- and fennel-seed crusted pork loin with mustard sauce, mustard ragu and herb roasted potatoes or filet of salmon with jalapeno and apricot glaze, fresh pico de gallo and southwestern style polenta. Seating is limited to a total of 150 each evening, with 50 premium seats. Complimentary valet parking and coat check will be available.

Funds raised from Musical Menus help fund travel for tours of the College’s music ensembles. The evening includes solo and small ensemble performances as well as performances by the Clarke Collegiate Singers, the Clarke Cantabile Singers, and Clarke Instrumental Ensembles.
