Policy on Invitation of Guest Speakers from Outside Organizations
From time to time, the staff assembly may choose to invite guests from outside organizations to speak at general assembly meetings. In these instances, the presentation shall be organized by the Staff Assembly Executive Board or one of its approved subcommittees. Presenters from outside organizations shall be selected to present only topics that provide personal and/or professional development for staff. Solicitations will not be allowed. Exceptions to these guidelines will only be made by majority vote of the Executive Board.
