Imaging Equipment (Digital Still/Video Cameras) Policy

  • Users may borrow one (1) video or still camera at a time.
  • Renewals must be in-person only, contingent upon inventory demand.
  • No reservations allowed.  All equipment is issued on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
  • Equipment must be returned in-person; “Drop-box” return is not allowed. Condition of equipment and presence of parts/accessories should be verified by user at checkout.
  • Any damaged/missing components will result in check-in refusal until all parts are returned. Such check-in refusal does NOT waive late fees.
There are additional items such as computers and cameras available in the Lingen Technology Commons as well.

If you have any questions about A/V equipment usage, please contact the circulation desk at (563)588-6320 or e-mail us at
