When students choose Clarke College to further their education, they also choose the city of Dubuque. And what better place to call home than one of the "most livable" cities in the country?
Dubuque recently added another honor reinforcing its outstanding quality of life when it was named the most livable city in the country (with population under 100,000) by the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM). Dubuque Mayor Roy D. Buol represented Dubuque in accepting the award at the USCM Annual Meeting held in Miami, June 20-24, 2008.
