Event Information FOR ORGANIZATIONS
You are invited to the 14th annual The Career Fair (formerly called Career Extravaganza) Monday, October 29, 2012 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm in the Alumni Campus Center Ballroom at Loras College (Dubuque, Iowa). This event is a collaborative effort between Clarke University, Loras College, Northeast Iowa Community College and the University of Dubuque.
Our goal is to provide a forum for businesses, non-profit agencies and organizations, and graduate/professional schools to showcase opportunities that are available to college students prior to and after graduation.
We welcome your participation in this excellent opportunity for you to attract high quality employees, interns, and graduate students. Online registration begins September 4, 2012.
Event Schedule:
9:30 am - 11:00 am
Organization and employer set up time. Assistance in unloading employer vehicles available. Complementary snacks and beverages will be available to employers from 11:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. The student snack bar will be open for additional food purchases all day.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Open fair. Students visit tables.
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Assistance in re-loading employer vehicles available. Please plan to stay until 2:00 pm as students' schedules may allow their attendance only at the end.

NOTE: Completed online registration and payment are required to reserve a table. Payment by check or credit card is accepted; we will email confirmation. Due to limited space, tables will be assigned only for paid registrations and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Paid registrations must be received no later than October 1 to be included in promotional materials and booklets available to students.
