
Commencement, or graduation, marks the ultimate accomplishment at Clarke University – receiving a degree. At Clarke University, degrees are formally conferred once each year at the May Commencement ceremony.

Clarke University’s 169th Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the Robert and Ruth Kehl Center on the Clarke campus. Students completing degrees in the spring, summer and previous December will be honored.
The Baccalaureate Mass with Hooding Ceremony is a traditional component of Clarke University Commencement. During Baccalaureate, each degree candidate receives their academic hood signifying the degrees which will be awarded to them during the afternoon’s commencement ceremony. This year's Baccalaureate Mass and Hooding Ceremony will be held May 12 at 10 a.m. in the Robert and Ruth Kehl Center.
Students are encouraged to participate in both ceremonies. Lunch will be available in the student dining room between the ceremonies for students, guests and families.
