Clarke to Offer Master's in Social Work Program

  

Clarke University has been given approval by the Higher Learning Commission to begin a Master of Social Work (MSW) program beginning in the fall of 2014. Clarke is the first private university in the state of Iowa to offer both a bachelor's and master's degree in social work. Read more...

Webinar Series

  

Alumni and current Clarke students may participate in, career-focused webinar presentations free of charge from the comfort of home or the office. Webinars are presented by the nation's top career authors and experts with topics in resume writing, developing a personal brand, networking, interview skills and more. The next webinar presentation is Wednesday, Dec. 4, alumni can visit www.expertwebinarseries.com/clarkealumni to register and view past recordings.

  

For a Blessed Christmas set for Dec. 7-8

  

The Clarke University Arts at Clarke Series and the Clarke music department will present "For a Blessed Christmas" on Saturday, Dec. 7, and Sunday, Dec. 8, in The Sacred Heart Chapel on campus. The Saturday performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday performance will begin at 2 p.m.

  

Phonathon Wrap-Up

  

On behalf of the Crusader Callers and the Institutional Advancement Office, we would like to thank everyone who contributed to the fall phonathon. During Clarke's annual fall phonathon, 14 dedicated students spent more than 600 hours talking to alumni, parents and friends. While on the phones, students were able to talk with individuals from around the country and are thankful for the conversations, advice and learning experiences they are given during these conversations. Calling will continue in the spring. We look forward to speaking with you.

  

TimeSaver Open House
 
If you know someone interested in continuing their education, please encourage them to attend
the upcoming TimeSaver open house on December 10 from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Wahlert Atrium. Those interested in Clarke University's adult degree programs can have their transcripts reviewed and an admissions decision provided on the spot.
