My Accounts

How do I obtain my Clarke email, CU hub and Moodle account information?

New Students

Students will receive their username/password during CORE Registration.  Instructions for accessing and using your accounts will be distributed at that time.

Transfer Students

Students will receive their username/password during Transfer Student Registration.  Instructions for accessing and using your accounts will be distributed at that time.

Returning Students

Students who registered for the upcoming fall semester will keep the same account information.  If you have forgotten your password, please read the information under How can I reset my password?

What is my username and password?

Your username for most accounts follows the format of firstname_lastname@clarke.edu all lowercase. Your username to login to on-campus computers is just firstname_lastname, all lowercase. It is important to remember that there needs to be an underscore between your first name and last name for your username. For example, if your name is John Brooks, then your username is john_brooks@clarke.edu.

Your initial password is the word Password with a capital P followed by the month and day of your birth. For example, if your birthday is January 2, your password is Password0102.

How do I access my accounts?

On Clarke’s homepage, click the “MY.CLARKE” button towards the upper right corner of the page. This will take you to My Clarke, which provides Quick Links to all your accounts.

Choose the My Email link under the “Quick Links” menu which will take you to your Clarke email.

Choose the CU hub link under the “Quick Links” menu which will take you to the CU Hub login screen. Enter your username and click Continue.  CU Hub provides access to your course schedule, grades, and unofficial transcript.

Choose the Moodle link under the “Quick Links” menu which will take you to the Moodle main menu page. Click the “Login Now” button unless you have been directed otherwise. Use Moodle to access your course syllabi, assignments, discussion forums and course information.

How can I reset my password?

After you have setup multi-factor authentication on your account, you can reset your password 24/7/365 using the Microsoft Password Reset Tool.
